Eco-Friendly Mango Hardwood…   Mango hardwood is considered eco-friendly due to the fact that it is largely used after the useful, fruit-bearing harvest is over. It is perfect for Home and Garden Ornaments due to the beautiful colour of the wood. Spalting is commonly present in this hardwood leading to the wonderful kaleidoscope of colours that are demonstrated perfectly in this S-Shaped Table. Hand-carved by expert crafts-people in Northern Thailand from a single piece of timber making each one totally bespoke. The heartwood is a classic golden brown surrounded by the more yellow-coloured older wood – offering a sumptuous two-tone effect that’s further complimented by the shape of the carving. The golden-brown heartwood runs beautifully up the centre of the table to great effect. The darker grain is highlighted to great effect at the top of the table and is made even more prominent by the kiln-drying process that’s used. All corn
